Color Run: Start 8:30 am

There will be a 1/2 mile and a 1 1/2 mile option for everyone. Parents and kids can run, walk, bike, or be pushed in a stroller around the loop. We will have pink colored arrows for everyone to follow around our little neighborhood equaling a 1/2 mile. People who wish to do the 1 1/2 mile option will make multiple runs around the route.

For those who are interested – a traditional color run is based on each participant wearing a white shirt and as they run thru different check points why are dusted with a colored powder. When the run is done each participant walks away with a “colorful” shirt. (delicacy will be taken with the kids of course.) The colored powder used will be homemade with cornstarch, food coloring, and water. It may stain some types of clothing or shoes so please take that into consideration.

Participants in the color run DO NOT have to be dusted with color – that is just an option.

For more information about what a color run is like please see videos posted on YouTube or visit www.thecolorrun.com.

CAKE WALK:

We are looking for donations for the cake/cookie walk from families. We ask that all donations be brought to school in a container that may be given away.

FOOD:

Breakfast will be served from 8:15 am – 10:30 am

Lunch will be served from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

BOUNCE HOUSE:

We have reserved a bounce house that will allow all age of kids to jump,  but we will have sectioned times where only little kids will be able to jump allowing the safety of everyone.

HOUSEKEEPING NOTES:

We will have booths set up outside on the playgrounds and  around the school for everyone to visit. Prizes will be given out to each child appropriate for their age. We ask that parents stay with their child(ren) as they move around the property. A few of the booths will be set up outside our gates and we want to make sure everyone is safe!

The inside of the school will only be open for use of the cafeteria restrooms.
